The Flight List tab is displaying, for the currently selected measure, the data equivalent to what can be found in the Results area in the Flights application - with the difference that it only lists flights affected by the measure.

The Flight List tab also implements a Show flights crossing measure reference link to display the list of flights crossing the reference location or matching reference criteria on which the measure is defined. This list may potentially include flights currently affected by the measure. This link will either:
a) Open a regulation flight list for the edited delay or M-CDM measure; or
b) Open a traffic volume flight list for rerouting measures, when traffic volume is defined.
