The Incident Management Tool Portlet (where “incident” is meant to be “operational incident with a potential to become a disruption or crisis”) essentially provides an Open Dashboard link, opening the Incident Management Tool - Dashboard window, which in turn lists ongoing incidents together with a short status of activities.
