To interact with a given FCU, first click on its name to select it - its name will appear against a gray background. Only one FCU can be selected at a time.
A right click of the mouse then displays a menu of all available commands and options:

Two more commands also appear at the bottom of the list: they are related to the Adobe Flash Player. They are not linked with WIND and will not be addressed here.
Command summary
Refresh Status
Refreshes the list of FCU to show their status.
Load FCU
Loads the content in the local memory of the computer.
Please note that the Load command does not open the FCU. In order to actually open (and view) the content of a FCU, you need to double-click on it, as you would do with a regular document.
Save FCU
Stores on the server the changes made to the FCU - but does not make them visible to other users.
Preprocess FCU
Manual operation to validate the content against technical rules (presence of mandatory attributes, correctedness of the links, ...).
Checkout FCU
Opens the FCU for edition and prevents others to make changes.
Uncheckout FCU
The reverse operation of Checkout: discards all changes made to the FCU and unlocks it to make it available again for editing by other users.
Checkin FCU
Makes visible the changes to a FCU - its last Saved version is in turn automatically preprocessed, prepublished and released for others to edit.
Publish FCU
Sends a prepublished FCU to the live Portal, for externals to see.
File resources
Allows the resources management for a given FCU (upload / download / delete).
Transfer FCU Checkout
Allows to transfer to someone else the capacity to release a checked out FCU (in case an FCU as been left checked in by someone not able to release it due to absence, leave, ...)
