Protected Portal
This form is intended for the operational user. Note the Attachment field, allowing you to attach an annex (typically, a screenshot of the encountered issue) to your form.

We will provide you with a 1st level support or, if necessary, redirect you to the correct section within CFMU for additional support. This support will be offered from 0700-1700 (CET), and will not be available on weekends.
If you are experiencing technical problems with authentication process when accessing the Portal, contact should be made with CFMU System Operations (CSO) Helpdesk, as per the following contact information: http://www.nm.eurocontrol.int/cfmu/public/standard_page/contact_operational_technical.html.
Public Portal
This form is intended for the generall public user. Note the User Feedback link to the NOP Public Portal Survey, where you can leave us your feedback about your Portal experience.
