The purpose of the Access to NM Resources area is to display on a consolidated way all Network Operations information which is time independent.

It is made of 2 parts:
- the information portlets: displaying access to a selection of web links
- the collaboration portlets: allowing interaction with the NM staff (area common to all portal pages)
